GDPR Guidance for Fundraisers
A new report reviewed by the Information Commissioner’s Office draws on more detailed guidance to better equip organizations ahead of the May 2018 deadline.

Civil society has a critical role to play in digital policy as analog shifts to digital and organizational ecosystems evolve.
Digital policy is the realm of laws and regulations that shape and are shaped by digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. It includes local, national, and global rules about how digital data are managed—from intellectual property law to broadband access, net neutrality and free expression to data protection, privacy, and more.
