Bin Pei

As Senior Program Officer of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bin Pei is the China lead in developing and executing the Charitable Sector Support strategy, working closely with inter-government agencies, think tanks, academia, social organizations and international experts on some of the fundamental issues hindering the development of charities and philanthropy in China. Bin also supports the foundation’s policy, advocacy and government relations’ work in China to engage China as a development partner. Bin joined the foundation in August 2010 and has brought her passion, enthusiasm and extensive experience to support the foundation’s work to engage and mobilize China as a development partner.
